1. Introduction

Welcome to Agecover, operating at agecover.best. These terms govern your use of our senior insurance services, digital materials, and physical items.

2. Use of Our Senior Insurance Services

We offer guidance and planning for individuals aged 50 and above. By scheduling a session, you agree to our terms.

3. Digital Materials

Our digital guides and tutorials are delivered electronically.

4. Physical Items

If you purchase printed guides or promotional items, they will be shipped to your provided address.

5. Reimbursements and Cancellations

5.1 Senior Insurance Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before the appointment, we will process a reimbursement to your original payment method within 10 business days. To request cancellation, contact our team. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the start time are not eligible for reimbursement, due to the reserved time slot.

Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No further changes will be accepted.

5.2 Digital Materials

Requests for reimbursement of digital materials must be submitted within 7 days of download. We reserve the right to verify that less than 20 percent of the material has been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. After 7 days, all sales are final.

5.3 Physical Items

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original, unopened condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. We will inspect the returned item and issue a reimbursement within 14 business days of receipt. If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial reimbursement may be granted or the request may be declined.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revisions will be posted at agecover.best. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
